This Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy explains the terms and conditions under which COD orders are accepted by Dasp Mart Private Limited. Customers are requested to read this policy carefully before placing an order.

What is Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Cash on Delivery (COD) allows customers to pay the remaining order amount at the time of delivery.
COD is provided only on selected machines and selected locations.

COD Eligibility

COD is available only on approved products
COD service depends on customer location and transport availability
Dasp Mart Private Limited reserves the right to approve or reject COD for any order

Advance Payment Requirement

Advance payment is mandatory for all COD orders
Advance amount generally ranges between ₹2,500 to ₹5,000, depending on the machine
Advance payment is taken for order confirmation and dispatch processing

❌ COD orders without advance payment will not be processed

Remaining Payment

The remaining balance amount must be paid at the time of delivery
Payment can be made directly to the transport/courier person as instructed

Transport & Delivery Charges

Transport / courier charges are extra and are borne by the customer
In many cases, transport charges must be paid in advance
Delivery time is usually 3–7 working days, depending on location

Dispatch & Verification

Machine video / photo is shared before dispatch
Customers are advised to verify details before confirming dispatch
Once dispatched, order cancellation is not allowed

Unboxing & Damage Policy

Unboxing video is mandatory at the time of delivery
Any damage or missing part must be reported within 24 hours with proper video proof
Complaints without unboxing video may not be accepted

COD Refusal Policy

If a customer refuses delivery after dispatch:

Advance amount is non-refundable
Transport charges will be fully charged to the customer
The company will not be responsible for losses due to refusal

Important COD Rules

COD is not available on all machines
Used or installed machines are not eligible for return or refund
Incorrect address or unreachable customer may lead to order cancellation
Prices may change based on location and availability

Right to Modify Policy

Dasp Mart Private Limited reserves the right to modify or update this COD Policy
at any time without prior notice.
