Claims without unboxing video may not be accepted

8. Return & Refund

Refunds are processed only in approved cases as per the Return & Refund Policy
Transport charges are non-refundable

9. Warranty & After-Sale Support

Warranty is provided as per manufacturer terms and conditions
Physical damage, misuse, or incorrect operation is not covered under warranty
