Order Confirmation & Dispatch Policy

सभी orders advance payment मिलने के बाद ही confirm किए जाते हैं

Dispatch से पहले customer को machine का video / photo भेजा जाता है

एक बार order dispatch हो जाने के बाद order cancel नहीं किया जा सकता
Return Policy
❌ Machine use / installation के बाद return स्वीकार नहीं होगा
❌ Customer की personal choice बदलने पर return नहीं होगा
❌ गलत order customer द्वारा place करने पर return नहीं होगा
Return केवल इन conditions में स्वीकार किया जाएगा:

Transport के दौरान physical damage

Manufacturing defect (company inspection के बाद confirm होने पर)

Product unopened condition में होना चाहिए

Delivery के 24 घंटे के अंदर

Proper unboxing video + photo proof
WhatsApp या email के माध्यम से भेजना अनिवार्य है।
Refund Policy

Refund केवल approved return cases में ही किया जाएगा

Refund cash में नहीं किया जाएगा

Approved refund 7–10 working days में original payment mode से process किया जाएगा
❌ Transport / courier charges refundable नहीं होंगे
❌ Used या damaged machine पर refund नहीं मिलेगा
COD (Cash on Delivery) Policy

COD orders के लिए लिया गया advance amount non-refundable होता है

Delivery refuse करने की स्थिति में advance वापस नहीं किया जाएगा

Transport charges customer को ही bear करने होंगे
Warranty & After-Sale Support

Warranty manufacturer के terms के अनुसार लागू होगी

Physical damage, mishandling, incorrect usage warranty में cover नहीं होगा
